MP WELCOMES ELECTION

Eastbourne & Willingdon MP Nigel Waterson has welcomed Gordon Brown’s announcement that the General Election is to be on 6 May.

Nigel said:  “Thank goodness local people finally have the chance to change this failing and disastrous Government.  We really cannot go on like this.  It’s time for a fresh government with the energy, values and leadership to get our country back on its feet”

“Here in Eastbourne & Willingdon we Conservatives are fighting a positive campaign; which is in stark contrast to our opponents.  The voters deserve straight talking and honest dealing.  They know our country faces serious problems.”
